What currency are the prices do I see in the site?

All prices are in USD.

I just placed an order, when will it ship?

Please allow 24-48 hours production time for your order to ship out, average shipping times are 7-10 business days excluding holidays.
Tracking numbers will be updated 3-5 business days after your order has been SHIPPED. If you don't have a tracking number after 5 business days please email us at kahlil@305goldsupply.com.

I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?

305goldsupply.com DOES NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR ISSUE REFUNDS FOR ANY REASON, however we do allow (1) exchange within 14 days of the purchase date. In the event you are dissatisfied with your item for any reason, we will allow you to exchange your item for an item of equal or greater value. Jewelry items can be exchanged for jewelry, and watches can be exchanged towards watches or jewelry. Jewelry cannot be exchanged towards a watch. Please contact us by email and we will provide you with instructions on completing your exchange.

Can I cancel my order?

is not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during shipping.
All items must be accompanied by the original sales receipt or order number. Please mail the package to the address provided in the instructions you receive from us and ensure that your name, address and return authorization number are clearly printed on the outside of the package.
305goldsupply.com will contact you upon receipt of the package. Our Quality Inspection team must confirm the returned jewelry has not been damaged, or suffered excessive wear and tear during the 14-day period. All items must arrive back to us in their original condition.

I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?

If you have miss-spelled or auto-filled in an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and confirm. Once you double-check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email at kahlil@305goldsupply.com. If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.

How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary as we do ship worldwide from different fulfillment centers based on your location. The average shipping time is 7-10 business days. Longer times if shipped from other than the US.
